I moved into my apartment in May, I looked at several places and this place was the best by far! The rent is reasonable for the quality. The staff are always helpful and friendly and will go above and beyond any other place i have lived at. I highly suggest you not make a decision until you stop by .... The elegant residential ensemble with a wonderful inner garden is located in the heart of the west end.

Located in the Houston suburb of Richmond, this newly built luxury community offers everything one could desire in an apartment community. There is a monthly fee for pest control so why do I still have these critters in my clean apartment. Talking to the manager is useless, she is condescending and rude and I don't understand how she is able to mistreat people and still keep her position. I moved in 2 years ago and I requested two covered parking spaces. I was told that I was not being charged and she tried to make me pay for the full year. If I did not care about my credit, I would move in a heartbeat.
