Located in the Houston suburb of Richmond, this newly built luxury community offers everything one could desire in an apartment community. There is a monthly fee for pest control so why do I still have these critters in my clean apartment. Talking to the manager is useless, she is condescending and rude and I don't understand how she is able to mistreat people and still keep her position. I moved in 2 years ago and I requested two covered parking spaces. I was told that I was not being charged and she tried to make me pay for the full year. If I did not care about my credit, I would move in a heartbeat.

I liked living here until after i moved out and received a call 3 months later from a bill collector claiming I owed them money and threatening to add a negative remark unless i paid in two days. Be very careful before deciding to move into these apartments. The are very nice before you move in and while you live there but will use very shady and deceptive billing practices if you decide to move. Also, there was huge gnat problem in my apartment and the quality/workmanship inside the apartment was not the best. The people are so friendly and the staff is so professional.

I've lived at 7970 Grand for over a year now and from the very moment I signed my lease, I've had a great experience. Misty and her staff have gone above and beyond and continue to do so for this community. They maintain the grounds well and keep the exterior pressure washed on a timely basis.
