Knowing the company and several employees it seems things got worse when they did away with housr managers,now there is'nt any structure in the homes that the residents need.

Checking if the site connection is secure
I have heard of many incidents that are being swept under the rug that would never happen before,or get Wiley's in a lot of trouble. If you try to stand up for things you know are'nt right you dont get a answer or a resalotin. There is alot of resident and staff issues that are'nt being taken care of. Teamleaders are raking up overtime but staff is told they can't have or create ovettime.
